I grew up in Alabama as a true southern girl. When I was studying Fashion Merchandising at Auburn University, I met my husband John, and we have been adventuring together for more than 30 years. While we moved around the country for his job, I raised three amazing children. I currently live in Marietta Ga with my husband and amazing daughter Carolyn, who just so happens to have Down Syndrome. I am passionate about my faith and family, a champion of Down Syndrome, and believe that a kind word matters.
